Auto Banana Kush Cake 10 seeds

Genetics & Origin of Auto Banana Kush Cake

Auto Banana Kush Cake – listed at Sensi Seeds as Banana Kush Cake Automatic – was created as part of the breeder's 2021 research project. The two popular strains Wedding Cheesecake and Banana Kush were combined with Hindu Kush Auto. The result consists of 75% Indica and 25% Sativa. Sensi Seeds points out that the strain shows several phenotypes: appearance and flowering duration can vary from plant to plant, whereas the level of yield generally does not. The seeds are feminised and autoflowering, so the light cycle does not need to be switched. The manufacturer does not state a THC or CBD value in the strain description but describes the high as strong. If you would like to compare another autoflowering strain from the breeder, you will find Auto Blueberry Candiez in our range.

Who Is Auto Banana Kush Cake For?

Auto Banana Kush Cake is a compact Indica autoflower with a strong effect. It suits:

• Experienced growers who want to exploit the yield potential with targeted care
• Growers with little space who need compact plants
• Outdoor gardeners in cooler climate zones
• Growers who appreciate variety through several phenotypes
• Consumers with experience looking for a strong, relaxing high

Sensi Seeds believes that inexperienced growers should succeed too; in the shop it is nevertheless rated as a strain for experienced growers. It is less suitable for a first grow. The autoflowering seeds offer more choice.

Growing Auto Banana Kush Cake: Indoor & Outdoor

Indoor Growing

As an autoflower, Auto Banana Kush Cake goes into flower independently of the light cycle. Sensi Seeds states a flowering time of seven to nine weeks on average, depending on the phenotype; the entire life cycle from seed to harvest is rated at 9 to 11 weeks in the shop. The plants stay compact, with a sturdy main stem, closely spaced nodes and a conical shape. The manufacturer gives no figures for yield: it speaks of impressive harvests for an autoflower, which may, however, require a little extra care. The flowers are dense and resinous – make sure there is good air movement. According to Sensi Seeds, the smell stays subtle. You will find the basics in the Growpedia.

Outdoor Growing

Sensi Seeds describes the strain as robust and early-flowering; it also grows well in cooler climate zones and can be grown outdoors in most climate zones. The manufacturer puts no figures on height and yield per plant – in the shop it is rated at 100 to 160 cm outdoors. A sunny spot and a sowing date that places the cycle in the warm months make sense. More strains are listed under automatic seeds outdoor. Only grow where it is legal to do so.

Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Auto Banana Kush Cake

The strain is named after its scent: Sensi Seeds describes it as subtle and skunky, with notes of sweet citrus fruit and banana. It becomes stronger in the course of growth but, according to the manufacturer, never overwhelming. The flavour is dominated by hashish, citrus fruit and banana, complemented by brown sugar and a hint of spice. The manufacturer does not state a lab terpene profile. Sensi Seeds attributes the effect to the Indica dominance: calming and dreamy, plus a slightly stimulating "buzz" from the Sativa share. The breeder does not give a THC value but warns that, despite the autoflower genetics, the high is strong and inexperienced consumers should be careful. How intense the effect is depends on dose and personal tolerance.

Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
