Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Auto Cherry Alien
Original Sensible Seeds lists Auto Cherry Alien as a high-performance autoflowering strain created from Cherry Pie and the THC-dominant Alien Technology; the full lineage is Cherry Pie × Alien Technology × Super Auto. The breeder gives the genotype as 70% Indica and 30% Sativa and states a THC content of 20%. It does not state a CBD value. The seeds are feminised and flower independently of the light cycle, so the plants ripen without the lighting being switched. Although the strain is Indica-dominant, the manufacturer describes its effect as balanced – with a clear opening in the head before the physical calm. You will find a Cherry Pie from another breeder in our range with Cherry Pie by Royal Queen Seeds.
Who Is Auto Cherry Alien For?
Auto Cherry Alien is a compact, fast Indica autoflower. It suits:
- Growers who want to get from sowing to harvest in a good two months
- Indoor growers with limited headroom
- Outdoor gardeners who would like to grow independently of day length
- Lovers of cherry and berry aromas on an earthy Kush base
- Consumers looking first for an uplifting opening and then for physical calm
It is less suitable if you are looking for a consistently stimulating daytime strain – in that case it is worth taking a look at the autoflowering Sativa strains.
Growing Auto Cherry Alien: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
The manufacturer states 60 to 65 days from sowing to harvest. This is the entire life cycle, not the flowering phase alone; Original Sensible Seeds does not give a separate flowering time. The light cycle does not need to be switched. Indoors, according to the data sheet, the plants grow 60 to 120 cm tall, and the yield is given as 600 g/m². Because around nine weeks leave little time to make up for mistakes, consistent conditions pay off from the very start. You will find the basics on light, climate and feeding in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
Outdoors, too, the manufacturer gives the height as 60 to 120 cm. For the yield it states two values: the data sheet lists 150 g per plant, while elsewhere the breeder speaks of around 110 g and more. September is given as the harvest month in the data sheet; with an autoflower, however, the date depends on the time of sowing. You can find more strains for outdoors under automatic seeds outdoor. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Terpenes of Auto Cherry Alien
According to the manufacturer, the base of the aroma is an earthy Kush note, overlaid with sweet cherry and sweet-and-sour berries. Original Sensible Seeds names myrcene as the dominant terpene, along with caryophyllene; on the third terpene the breeder is inconsistent – the data sheet lists pinene, while elsewhere it names limonene. The manufacturer describes the effect as balanced: it begins cheerful and uplifting in the head and then turns into a calm, relaxed physical state. According to the breeder, the THC content is 20%. How intense the effect is depends on dose and individual tolerance.
Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
