Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Auto Sweet Zenzation XL
Sweet Seeds describes Auto Sweet Zenzation XL (strain code SWS100) as an extra-large, autoflowering version of Zkittlez, a well-known strain from the US West Coast whose lineage the breeder gives as (Grape Ape × Grapefruit) × unknown Indica. A selected Zkittlez elite clone was crossed with the in-house Runtz XL Auto, which comes from Runtz (Zkittlez × Gelato) × Sweet Gelato Auto and therefore also brings Zkittlez genes with it. The result is a 7th-generation autoflower with 63.6% Indica, 36.2% Sativa and 0.2% Ruderalis, 17 to 24% THC and 0.2% CBD. The seeds are feminised. Under the code SWS100, the breeder also lists the strain as Sweet Z XL Auto and cites a first prize for it as “Best Strain 2023” at the Grow Diaries Awards in Barcelona. You will find the auto parent in our range as Auto Runtz XL.
Who Is Auto Sweet Zenzation XL For?
Auto Sweet Zenzation XL combines a short cycle with XL growth. It suits:
- Growers who want to harvest around eight weeks after germination
- Fans of sweet, fruity Zkittlez aromas
- Indoor gardeners who value yield in an autoflower
- Balcony and garden growers for whom a height of 60 to 120 cm is convenient
- Consumers looking for a cheerful, calm and relaxing effect
It is less suitable if you expect large individual plants outdoors: the manufacturer states 60 to 180 g per plant there. You can find more high-yielding autoflowers under autoflowering strains with high yield.
Growing Auto Sweet Zenzation XL: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
The manufacturer gives 8 weeks from germination to harvest – that is the entire cycle, and Sweet Seeds does not state a separate flowering time. You do not need to change anything about the light cycle. The plants reach 60 to 120 cm and form compact, resinous flowers; the data sheet states a yield of 450 to 550 g/m². With such a fast strain, every day counts: it is best to put the seedlings straight into their final pot and keep light, climate and watering consistent. Sweet Seeds highlights the high terpene concentration – the smell during flowering is correspondingly pronounced, and a carbon filter makes sense. The basics on light and feeding are in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
Outdoors too, Sweet Seeds reckons with 8 weeks from germination and states 60 to 180 g per plant. The manufacturer gives the height of 60 to 120 cm without distinguishing between indoors and outdoors. There is no fixed harvest month; time sowing so that the cycle falls in the sunniest weeks, and choose a warm, sheltered spot. You can find alternatives under automatic seeds outdoor. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Auto Sweet Zenzation XL
Sweet Seeds describes a high terpene concentration and an intense, deliciously sweet and fruity aroma with floral and citrus notes. For the flavour, the data sheet lists fruity, sweet, floral and citrus fruit. The manufacturer does not name individual terpenes. It gives the effect as cheerful, calm and relaxing, and as keywords it lists happy, relaxing and stimulating. The breeder speaks of a “super strong” strain with compact, resinous flowers and a high THC content; the data sheet states 17 to 24% THC and 0.2% CBD. The range is wide – where a plant ends up depends on phenotype and conditions. How intense the effect is is also determined by dose and individual tolerance.
