Genetics & Origin of Azzz Candy
Azzz Candy comes from the US breeder LIT Farms and combines Lemon Cherry Gelato with the particularly resinous Sugar Tab. The cross aims at what defines modern candy genetics: sugary citrus notes, creamy gas and a thick layer of trichomes. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod – so flowering only begins when the light cycle is switched to 12/12. LIT Farms does not give a ratio of Indica to Sativa, nor a THC or CBD value; the breeder merely speaks of a high THC content. We deliberately do not add any estimates here. If you want to grow the first of the two parent strains on its own, you will also find Lemon Cherry Gelato in our range.
Who Is Azzz Candy For?
Azzz Candy is aimed at everyone for whom aroma and resin matter more than a detailed data sheet. It suits:
- Fans of Lemon Cherry Gelato and sweet candy aromas
- Extract lovers who make rosin, wax or hash
- Growers who plan for a flowering time of 8 to 9 weeks
- Collectors of current US genetics in a small pack size
- Consumers looking for a strongly relaxing strain in the evening
If you need firm figures on yield, height or THC before buying, you are better served by a more precisely documented strain. You can find a wide selection under feminised seeds.
Growing Azzz Candy: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
LIT Farms states a flowering time of 8 to 9 weeks for Azzz Candy; as a photoperiod strain it only flowers after the switch to 12/12. The breeder gives no further growing data: neither height nor stretch, neither a yield in g/m² nor training recommendations. Only the high resin production is highlighted, which makes the strain interesting for rosin, wax and hash. Because the growth pattern is not documented, it is worth observing the plants closely in the vegetative phase and not sending them into flower too late. Resinous, aromatic flowers smell strong, so an activated carbon filter is part of the set-up. You will find the basics in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
The breeder lists Azzz Candy as flexible in use for indoors and outdoors. It does not state a harvest date, a plant height or a yield per plant for open ground. Outdoors, a sunny, sheltered spot and a look at the trichomes are the most reliable reference points for the right harvest time. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Azzz Candy
Azzz Candy smells of sweet citrus candy, creamy and slightly gassy. LIT Farms describes the flavour as lemon cake with cherry and sugar icing, and the profile overall as lemony, sweet and creamy. The manufacturer does not state a lab terpene profile. It gives the effect as strongly relaxing, pleasantly euphoric and physically calming; as suitable occasions it names relaxation, creative phases and the evening. The breeder describes the potency as high and long-lasting but does not give a THC value in per cent. So approach it carefully: how intense the effect is depends on dose and individual tolerance.
Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
