Genetics and aroma of Black Domina
The strains that make up Black Domina Feminized are four of the finest indicas ever discovered, collected from the premium indica-producing areas of the world. Sensi Seeds carefully combined their own Northern Lights, the lesser-known Ortega (a descendant of Northern Lights), their own Hash Plant, and a carefully preserved Afghani cultivar known only as 'SA' to create a feminized, 95% indica variety that is actually quite different from any of its parent varieties. The flavours are savoury rather than sweet or sour, with strong tones of blackberry, black pepper, and a black hashish finish over a basenote of earthy Afghani.
Growth form
Expect compact plants with a tendency to develop a massive central cola, unless they are topped or otherwise modified. Black Domina stands out by having an almost supernaturally dark green colouration – in certain lights the plants can actually appear black, and the buds can exhibit deep purple streaks among the dark green, all overlaid with vivid orange hairs and a thick, sparkling coating of trichomes.
Effect
This strain has been praised for its heavy, soporific effect, which can be so powerful it has been described as narcotic – an excellent choice for relief from pain, insomnia and muscle tension, though not recommended for daytime consumption.
