Blue Dream is one of the best-known strains of the American West Coast. The Nirvana version is a cross of Blueberry and Haze #1 and turns out Sativa-dominant. The sweet berry aroma comes from the Blueberry side, the stretched growth from the Haze side: the plants form large internodes, long, thin fan leaves and thick side branches and therefore need a little more space than compact Indica strains. Nirvana gives the THC content as 16 to 20%. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod, so flowering only begins after the light cycle is switched.
