Blueberry Cheesecake 4 seeds

Genetics & Origin of Blueberry Cheesecake

Behind Blueberry Cheesecake are two lines whose names speak for themselves: the strong, aromatic Cheese and the sweet, fruity Blueberry. By its own account, Female Seeds stabilised the cross over several generations and describes the result as an exceptionally hard and resinous strain that has retained its characteristics. On its origin, the breeder writes that the plant comes from Mediterranean climes and loves a warm climate. It gives no information on the Indica and Sativa share or on the THC and CBD content. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod, so flowering only begins after the light cycle is switched. For its Dream Berry, Female Seeds names a blueberry-accented Blueberry Cheesecake phenotype as a parent. You can find a Blueberry as a strain in its own right, for example, as Blueberry by Dutch Passion.

Who Is Blueberry Cheesecake For?

Blueberry Cheesecake is a strain for the nose and the palate. It suits:

• Lovers of strong Cheese aromas with a sweet berry note
• Growers with a small garden or balcony for whom a compact plant is enough
• Gardeners in warm, Mediterranean-type locations
• Anyone who appreciates a flowering time of 7 to 8 weeks
• Consumers looking for a powerful, physically relaxing effect in the evening

It is less suitable if the grow has to stay inconspicuous in terms of smell – according to the manufacturer, you can smell it as far as the next room. You can find more fast strains under High Yield & Short Flowering.

Growing Blueberry Cheesecake: Indoor & Outdoor

Indoor Growing

Female Seeds gives the flowering time as 7 to 8 weeks and additionally states 10 to 11 weeks from seed to harvest – that includes the vegetative phase before the switch to 12/12. The breeder puts the height at 80 to 100 cm. Bear in mind its note that the plant grows particularly vigorously after the switch and can double in volume or height; so do not send it into flowering too large. The yield is described as high, but a figure in g/m² is missing. According to the manufacturer, the strain is considered very resistant and robust. Because of the extremely strong smell, a powerful carbon filter belongs in the grow room. The Growpedia explains more about air extraction and climate.

Outdoor Growing

Outside, according to the manufacturer, Blueberry Cheesecake feels particularly at home: it loves a warm, Mediterranean climate and thrives even better in a good outdoor spot. With its compact stature it is suitable for small gardens and the balcony. Female Seeds does not state a harvest date or a yield per plant; in the shop, harvest is roughly rated for October. You can find more outdoor strains under outdoor seeds. Only grow where it is legal to do so.

Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Blueberry Cheesecake

The smell is the most striking feature: Female Seeds describes it as extremely strong and penetrating, a mixture of creosote and its own cheesecake aroma. The flavour follows the scent with tangy cheese and a fruity-sweet blueberry note. The manufacturer does not give a lab terpene profile. It describes the effect as a powerful high that deeply relaxes the body without overwhelming the head; the energy to still enjoy the day is said to be retained. As a fitting setting, Female Seeds names a quiet evening or the time after a long day. The breeder does not state a THC value, so we do not add an estimate. How intensely you experience the effect depends on dose and individual tolerance.

Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
