Gold Dropz 7 seeds
Gold Dropz Seeds – Spritzer × Apples & Bananas
What is Gold Dropz? Gold Dropz by Compound Genetics is a feminised, photoperiod hybrid from the breeder's Apples & Bananas line: the mother Spritzer was pollinated with Apples & Bananas. Most phenotypes are finished after 9 to 10 weeks of flowering, and Compound Genetics gives the yield as high. Bubblegum and fruit notes with a strong gas streak are typical. The breeder does not state values for THC, height or harvest weight. The vigorous strain suits growers who want to select and obtain resin for solventless hash – in the US Genetics category. Available in a pack of 7 seeds.

Genetics & Origin of Gold Dropz
Compound Genetics presents Gold Dropz as a new hybrid from its in-house Apples & Bananas line and describes it as exceptionally vigorous, high-yielding and potent. The mother is called Spritzer and is itself a cross of the hybrid Runtz, which is distributed only as a clone, and a male from Grape Pie × MAC; Compound Genetics names Cannarado as the breeder of this line. As a formula, this gives Runtz × (Grape Pie × MAC) × Apples & Bananas. Spritzer contributes exotic bubblegum and fruit notes and a resin that, according to the breeder, is consistently suitable for solventless hash. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod. Compound Genetics does not state an Indica/Sativa ratio or THC and CBD values. We also stock an Apples and Bananas line on its own, for example Apples and Bananas S1 by Elev8 Seeds.
Who Is Gold Dropz For?
Gold Dropz is a strain for growers who enjoy selecting. It suits:
- Collectors of current lines from Compound Genetics
- Hash makers who work solventless
- Growers who select specifically for bud structure from seven seeds
- Lovers of bubblegum and fruit aromas with a gas note
- Growers who can plan for 9 to 10 weeks of flowering
It is less suitable if you want to harvest quickly or need fixed key figures – the breeder does not give THC, height or harvest weight. You can find more strains under feminised seeds.
Growing Gold Dropz: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Compound Genetics describes the cross as somewhat longer-flowering: most phenotypes are finished after 9 to 10 weeks. The yield is given as high; a figure in g/m² is missing, as is a height. The breeder's note on selection is important: pay attention to the bud structure. If the plants are watered heavily in the vegetative phase, they tend to foxtail or grow too large. So water moderately in this phase and keep it short enough that your room is sufficient for the vigorous plants. Label the plants early so that you can compare them reliably during selection. You will find the basics on watering and training in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
Compound Genetics gives no information on growing in open ground: neither harvest time nor height or yield per plant is stated. With 9 to 10 weeks of flowering, the strain ripens rather late outside. It therefore needs a warm spot with a long, dry autumn or a greenhouse. Outdoors, too, the breeder's advice to water sparingly in the vegetative phase applies. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Gold Dropz
The aroma of Gold Dropz is made up of both parents. Exotic notes of bubblegum and fruit come from the Spritzer mother. According to Compound Genetics, the Apples & Bananas pollinator gives the flavour new twists and clearly intensifies the sharp gas terpenes. The breeder does not name individual terpenes or a lab profile. It does not go into more detail on the effect either: it speaks of high potency but gives neither a THC value nor a direction of effect. We do not add any estimates on this. With a hybrid described as potent, start with small amounts – how intense the effect is depends on phenotype, dose and personal tolerance.
