Genetics & Origin of Lime OZZ
Lime OZZ is a cross of Lime Pop Kush and Peach Ozz. Perfect Tree Seeds assigns the roles clearly: Lime Pop Kush provides the powerful citrus terpenes along with some OG hints, while Peach Ozz contributes a touch of Zkittlez. The breeder gives the type as a Sativa-dominant hybrid without stating a percentage. At the Secret Cup Bizkaia in Spain, Lime OZZ took third place in the Sativa category in 2020. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod. Perfect Tree Seeds does not state a THC or CBD value. The breeder has used Peach Ozz in further crosses, in our range for example Kush Mints × Peach Ozz and Frozay × Peach Ozz.
Who Is Lime OZZ For?
Lime OZZ is a terpene strain with a manageable flowering time. It suits:
- Lovers of powerful citrus aromas with notes of lime, lemongrass and ginger
- Growers looking for a Sativa-dominant strain with just 8 to 9 weeks of flowering
- Indoor growers with powerful extraction and an activated carbon filter
- Collectors of the Peach Ozz crosses from Perfect Tree Seeds
- Consumers who appreciate a stimulating, mood-lifting effect
If you need to grow inconspicuously, you should bear the very intense smell in mind – the strain is less suitable for that. You can find more strains for indoors and outdoors under feminised seeds.
Growing Lime OZZ: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
The data sheet states 8 to 9 weeks of flowering time, while elsewhere the breeder speaks of 8 weeks. Perfect Tree Seeds rates the yield as medium to high and stresses that it depends on the grower's skill; it does not give a figure in g/m². The manufacturer does not state a height either. You should definitely plan for the smell: the breeder describes it as so strong that it can be noticed from a distance. A well-sized activated carbon filter and airtight extraction ducts are therefore part of the basic equipment. You can read more about extraction and climate in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
Perfect Tree Seeds lists Lime OZZ for indoors and outdoors but gives no figures for growing outside: height, yield per plant and harvest time are not stated. A sunny, airy spot will reliably bring the flowers to ripeness; you should also take the strong smell into account in the garden. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Lime OZZ
According to Perfect Tree Seeds, the flavour is a powerful citrus mix carried by citrus fruit terpenes. Notes of lime, lemongrass and ginger are also described; the breeder attributes the OG hints and the touch of Zkittlez to the two parents. The manufacturer does not name individual terpenes or a lab terpene profile. Perfect Tree Seeds describes the effect as stimulating and mood-lifting. It is also portrayed as balanced, because physical relaxation accompanies the good mood. The manufacturer does not state a THC value. How intense the effect is depends on dose and individual tolerance.
Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
