Genetics & Origin of Luv Muffin
Rare Dankness gives the lineage of Luv Muffin as Forum Cookies × Ox Cookies × Pamelina × RD #2 – a multi-stage cross containing no fewer than two Cookies lines. The breeder describes a plant with deep purple flowers and red stems that grows tall, stretches strongly and delivers a medium harvest. Rare Dankness does not state an Indica or Sativa share; the strain is listed as an Indica-Sativa hybrid without a percentage. The manufacturer does not report THC and CBD values either. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod, so flowering only begins after the light cycle is switched to 12/12. If you would like to compare further strains from the US breeder, you will find two more Rare Dankness strains in our range with Lemon Oasis and Coco Nibbles.
Who Is Luv Muffin For?
Luv Muffin is a strain for lovers of striking flowers. It suits:
- Growers who would like to raise deep purple flowers with red stems
- Fans of Cookies genetics with a cookie dough note
- Lovers of fruity aromas in the direction of blueberry and Kush
- Gardeners with enough headroom for a tall, stretching plant
- Consumers who appreciate a strong, cheerful high
Luv Muffin is less suitable if yield comes first or the grow room is very low – the breeder itself speaks only of a medium harvest. If you would like to browse further among American breeders, take a look under US Genetics.
Growing Luv Muffin: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Rare Dankness states 58 to 65 days of flowering and adds a plus to the figure – so individual plants may take longer. Luv Muffin grows tall and stretches markedly after the switch to 12/12; so switch early and keep the shoots on one level with a net or by tying them down. The breeder describes the yield as medium. It does not state figures; with us, the strain is rated, as an approximation, in the class below 400 g/m². Cooler nights towards the end of flowering can further accentuate the purple colouring. You will find the basics on training and climate in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
With us, Luv Muffin is classified for indoors and outdoors; Rare Dankness does not give any outdoor figures of its own. As an approximation, it is rated with us at 61 to 200 g per plant. Height and harvest date are not quantified – because of the stretching growth, expect a large plant and choose a sunny spot sheltered from the wind. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Luv Muffin
In aroma and flavour, according to Rare Dankness, Luv Muffin combines blueberry and Bubba Kush with a light cookie dough note. The breeder also highlights the looks: deep purple flowers on red stems. The manufacturer does not state a lab terpene profile. Rare Dankness describes the high as strong and “happy”, i.e. powerful and cheering. Beyond that, the effect is described as relaxing with a noticeable body feeling. The breeder does not state a THC value; so we deliberately do not state a figure. Feel your way in with small amounts. How intense the effect is depends on phenotype, dose and individual tolerance.
Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
