Genetics & Origin of Peach Lassi
Peach Lassi combines two lines from other breeders that Perfect Tree keeps in its own stock. The mother is the keeper cut of the well-known Peach Ozz by Dying Breed Seeds, a cross of Oz Kush × Peach Ringz. It was pollinated with the pollen of a reversed Jet A from Exotic Genetix. Perfect Tree lists the result as an Indica-dominant hybrid without stating percentages. According to the breeder, the flowers carry many traits of the Peach Ozz clone, which blend with the heavy fuel terpenes of Jet A; the bud shape is shaped by Jet A, while the long pistils come from Peach Ozz. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod. Perfect Tree does not give values for THC and CBD. The breeder also offers the same cross as Peach Lassi Regular.
Who Is Peach Lassi For?
Peach Lassi is a strain for growers who value flavour and resin. It suits:
- Lovers of fruity, creamy aromas with a peach and Gelato character
- Fans of strong gassy notes, which come through more prominently in some phenotypes
- Growers looking for resinous flowers for extracts
- Indoor gardeners who plan for 60 to 67 days of flowering
- Selectors who want to choose between fruity and gassy phenotypes
It is less suitable for anyone who expects fixed figures for THC and yield, because the breeder does not state them. You can find more strains for the grow room under feminised indoor strains.
Growing Peach Lassi: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Perfect Tree describes Peach Lassi as a strain that grows with enormous vigour and exceptionally fast. The breeder gives the flowering time as 60 to 67 days, while elsewhere it speaks of around eight weeks. It calls the yield high and points out that it depends on the grower's skill; it does not give a value in g/m² or a height. Because of the vigorous growth, it is worth topping early or stretching a net so that the light reaches all the shoots. The flowers become dense and very resinous – good air movement and an activated carbon filter against the smell are therefore part of the basic equipment. More on training and climate can be found in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
Peach Lassi can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. However, Perfect Tree does not state an outdoor height, a harvest date or a yield per plant. The strong growth needs space and a sunny, sheltered spot; the dense flowers should stay as dry as possible in autumn. Support heavy side shoots in good time. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Peach Lassi
Perfect Tree describes the aromas of Peach Lassi as super fresh and creamy – they remind the breeder of the drink lassi, which is very popular in India. Added to this are fruity peach notes and a terpene character that it sums up as fruity, creamy and Gelato-like. According to the manufacturer, some phenotypes turn out gassier and bring the heavy fuel notes of Jet A through more strongly. Perfect Tree does not name individual terpenes or a lab profile. The breeder depicts the effect as uplifting and sees the strain as fitting for warm summer days; according to its information, the gassier phenotypes have a robust body effect. It does not give a THC value. How intense the effect is depends on phenotype, dose and individual tolerance.
