Genetics & Origin of Runtz Muffin
For Runtz Muffin, Barney's Farm first combined Zkittlez with Gelato, a Cookies descendant that the breeder highlights for its flavour and its strong, balanced character; the data sheet specifies Gelato #33. The research team then combined this result with the in-house Orange Punch – according to the manufacturer, to increase the Indica share and significantly boost production. The outcome is a hybrid with 70% Indica and 30% Sativa whose flowers were tested at 29% THC. Barney's Farm does not state a CBD value. The finished flowers show delicate purple and deep green hues. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod, so they only flower after the switch to 12/12. As the name suggests, Orange Punch is also part of Mimosa x Orange Punch from the same breeder; you will find a Gelato line in Gelato by Nirvana.
