Slightly Stoopid - Collie Man Kush 5 seeds

Genetics & Origin of Slightly Stoopid – Collie Man Kush

Collie Man Kush is one of the strains that Humboldt Seed Company bred for the Southern Californian band Slightly Stoopid. According to the breeder, the aim was an interplay of fuel and OG terpenes of the kind frontman Miles Doughty appreciates. The manufacturer names the parents as Humboldt Reserve OG × All Gas OG; All Gas OG was formerly called Asphalt Plant and, according to the breeder, comes from Humboldt Venom OG × Humboldt OG. The ratio of 90% Indica to 10% Sativa is clear-cut. Humboldt Seed Company gives the THC content as 22 to 26% and speaks of the potency of a Kush; the breeder does not state a CBD value. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod; flowering only begins after the switch to 12/12. Slightly Stoopid – Stoopid Fruits was also created for the same band.

Who Is Slightly Stoopid – Collie Man Kush For?

Collie Man Kush is a strongly Indica-leaning OG with a loud smell. It suits:

• OG and Kush fans looking for fuel aromas
• Growers who value dense flowers heavily covered in trichomes
• Indoor growers who plan with 60 days of flowering
• Outdoor gardeners who can harvest in the first half of October
• Consumers looking for Kush potency without a sleepy effect, as described by the breeder

If you depend on a discreet smell, bear in mind that the manufacturer describes the aroma as extremely loud – the strain is less suitable for that. You can find more strains of this origin under US genetics.

Growing Slightly Stoopid – Collie Man Kush: Indoor & Outdoor

Indoor Growing

Humboldt Seed Company gives the flowering time as 60 days, i.e. around eight and a half weeks. According to the breeder, the flowers become extremely dense, and it considers the strain productive; however, it does not give a figure in g/m², nor a height. Dense flowers need good air movement and controlled humidity in the final weeks so that no moisture builds up inside. Because of the very intense smell, a powerful activated carbon filter makes sense. As Collie Man Kush is photoperiod, you control the final height via the length of the vegetative phase. It is best to judge ripeness by the trichomes, with which, according to the manufacturer, the flowers are densely covered. You will find the basics on climate and training in the Growpedia.

Outdoor Growing

For open ground, Humboldt Seed Company states a harvest window from 1 to 15 October. The breeder gives no information on height or yield per plant. A sunny, airy spot helps to keep the very dense flowers dry in autumn; in persistently wet weather, rain protection is worthwhile. You can find more strains for outdoors under feminised outdoor strains. Only grow where it is legal to do so.

Humboldt Seed Company describes Collie Man Kush as a high-octane OG: fuel and OG notes define the aroma, and the smell is portrayed as exceptionally strong. Under flavour and smell, the breeder lists the keywords "OG Fuel" and "Venom OG". It also provides a terpene profile in mg/g. At 15.0 mg/g, β-myrcene clearly leads, followed by α-pinene (4.3), β-pinene (2.5), δ-limonene (1.8) and β-caryophyllene (1.1); α-humulene is at 0.4, camphene, guaiol and linalool at 0.1 each.
