Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Super Boof
Super Boof combines Black Cherry Punch with Tropicana Cookies. Barney's Farm lists the result as a balanced hybrid with 50% Sativa and 50% Indica and gives the THC content as 28 to 32%; the manufacturer does not state a CBD value. It describes the plants as robust and resilient, with dense, resinous flowers in shades of purple and green and very pronounced trichome formation. Barney's Farm also points to an award: according to the manufacturer, Super Boof is the winner of the title “Strain of the Year 2024”. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod, so flowering only sets in after the light cycle is switched to 12/12. Like the parent Tropicana Cookies, another strain from the same house also carries Tropicana in its name: Tropicana Cherry.
Who Is Super Boof For?
Super Boof is aimed at everyone looking for potency and fruit aroma together. It suits:

Growing Super Boof: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Indoors, Barney's Farm gives the flowering time as 56 to 63 days, i.e. eight to nine weeks after the switch to 12/12. The plants grow 100 to 120 cm tall and, according to the manufacturer, deliver up to 500 g/m². It describes the growth as robust and resilient; the flowers are dense, resinous and show purple and green hues. Dense flowers need good air movement and controlled humidity in the final weeks, and with such an aromatic profile a carbon filter is part of the basic equipment. You will find the basics on climate and training in the Growpedia.

Outdoors, Super Boof reaches 150 to 180 cm. According to Barney's Farm, harvest falls in early to mid-October; the manufacturer states up to 1,000 g per plant. For this, the strain needs a sunny, sheltered spot and an autumn that stays dry well into October. You should support heavy side branches in good time. You can find more strains for open ground under outdoor seeds. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Super Boof
Barney's Farm describes the aroma with tropical fruit, sweet orange and ripe grape. In the flavour, an intense grape note is to the fore, joined by bright citrus accents that unfold little by little, and sweet, creamy undertones. The manufacturer speaks of an exceptional terpene profile but names no individual terpenes and no lab profile. It sums up the effect as relaxed, creative and euphoric and sees the strain at creative and social occasions as well as for balanced physical and mental relaxation. With 28 to 32% THC, Super Boof is very strong; Barney's Farm expressly recommends it to experienced consumers and growers.
