Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of TNT Kush
TNT Kush is the result of a selection: by its own account, Eva Female Seeds picked out the best Indica landraces from Pakistan and developed a pure Indica from them. The breeder describes a robust, resilient plant with compact, resinous flowers. It describes the THC content as high but does not state a percentage. The strain has won several awards: the manufacturer lists first places at the Revolta Verda 2006 (resins category), the Copa Catalunya Grows 2013 (hydro), the Cup Verde Natura 2013 (BHO) and the Cannabis Cup 2014 Canary (Indica category). The seeds are feminised and photoperiod. If you would like to compare Pakistani genetics from another breeder, you will find Pakistan Valley by World of Seeds; Gorilla Candy also comes from the house of Eva Female Seeds.
Who Is TNT Kush For?
TNT Kush is a classic evening Indica with an idiosyncratic aroma. It suits:
- Experienced growers looking for a pure Indica with a short flowering time
- Indoor growers with little headroom – the plants stay at 80 to 100 cm
- Outdoor gardeners with room for plants 2 to 3 metres tall
- Hash and extract makers who process resinous flowers
- Consumers with a high THC tolerance who would like to relax deeply in the evening
We do not recommend TNT Kush for beginners; we list it as a strain for experienced growers. If you want to stay active during the day, it is also not the best choice. You can find more strains of this kind under Indica strains.
Growing TNT Kush: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Indoors, TNT Kush flowers for 55 to 60 days and grows 80 to 100 cm tall. Eva Female Seeds states 315 to 540 g/m² depending on the growing method. Its compact stature makes it interesting for low rooms. Because the flowers become compact and resinous, light defoliation and good air movement in the final phase pay off. The breeder describes the plant as robust and resilient. The wide yield range shows how strongly the result depends on the set-up – amount of light, pot size and planting density decide whether you end up at the lower or the upper end. The strain won one of its awards in a hydro category. You will find the basics on climate and feeding in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
Outdoors, TNT Kush changes its format considerably: according to the manufacturer, it grows 2 to 3 metres tall and delivers 500 g to 1 kg per plant. Harvest is in early to mid-October. Give it correspondingly plenty of space and a sunny spot sheltered from the wind, and support the side branches before the flowers become heavy. In damp autumn weather, rain protection for the compact flowers is worthwhile. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of TNT Kush
Eva Female Seeds describes the smell of TNT Kush as a mixture of nuts, cypress wood, cherry and ripe star fruit. In the flavour, bitter almond and chocolate are added, complementing the fruity tones. The manufacturer does not give a lab terpene profile. By its account, the effect is strongly relaxing and calms the whole body – a strain for the evening and the night that is meant to clear the head. The breeder expressly addresses experienced enthusiasts and users with a high THC tolerance. It gives the THC content only as high. So ease your way in slowly: how intense the effect is depends on dose and individual tolerance.
Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
