Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Auto Amnesia Bilbo
For this strain, Genehtik Seeds crossed an autoflowering line with the potent Amnesia Bilbo; the cross is given as Amnesia Bilbo × Ruderalis. According to the manufacturer, the result is an autoflower with a Sativa structure that is strongly reminiscent of the original Amnesia Bilbo. The manufacturer describes well-sized plants with good production and resinous flowers. The strain is considered Sativa-dominant; Genehtik does not state a share in per cent. Nor does the manufacturer give THC and CBD values. The seeds are feminised and autoflowering, so the plants flower independently of the light cycle. If you prefer the photoperiod original strain, you will also find Amnesia Bilbo by Genehtik in our range; another autoflower from the breeder is Auto Nevil Bilbo.
Who Is Auto Amnesia Bilbo For?
Auto Amnesia Bilbo brings Haze character into a short cycle. It suits:
- Haze fans who do not want to wait for a long photoperiod flowering time
- Indoor growers for whom a high yield per square metre is important
- Outdoor gardeners who would like to harvest swiftly within one season
- Lovers of classic Haze aromas with a liquorice note
- Consumers looking for a cerebral, stimulating high
It is less suitable if you want to wind down in the evening or need a stated THC value – Genehtik does not give one. You can find more high-yielding autoflowers under High Yield & Short Flowering.
Growing Auto Amnesia Bilbo: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Genehtik's time figures are not consistent: the data sheet lists 70 to 80 days under “indoor flowering time”, while elsewhere the manufacturer says that the plant is ready for harvest around 65 days after planting. As the total cycle, 65 to 80 days is given. So plan for a good nine to a good eleven weeks from planting and judge ripeness by the trichomes; the light cycle does not need to be switched. Genehtik states 550 to 650 g/m² and describes well-sized plants with a Sativa structure. The manufacturer does not give a height. You will find the basics on light and feeding in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
For open ground, Genehtik states a harvest after 9 weeks and 140 to 220 g per plant. The manufacturer does not give a harvest month – with an autoflower it depends on the sowing date. A sheltered spot in full sun helps to make the most of the short cycle. You can find more strains for outdoors under automatic seeds outdoor. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Auto Amnesia Bilbo
Genehtik describes resinous flowers with a Haze aroma and a hint of liquorice. In addition, metallic notes and incense are given – a classic Haze profile. The manufacturer does not state a lab terpene profile. Genehtik comments only briefly on the effect: for an autoflower, it is said to be a pronounced high. It is also described as cerebral, strong and energetic, which fits the strain's Sativa character. The manufacturer does not give a THC or CBD value; we therefore deliberately do not state a figure. Feel your way in with small amounts. How intense the effect is depends on dose and individual tolerance.
