Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Auto Amnesia Flash
Following the success of the feminised Amnesia Flash, which Anesia Seeds describes as a cup winner, the breeder developed an autoflowering version. According to the manufacturer, Auto Amnesia Flash is a fourth-generation automatic and is described as stable and high-yielding. Anesia Seeds does not reveal which line was crossed in for the autoflower trait; what is stated is the ratio of 75% Indica to 25% Sativa and a THC content of 19%. The manufacturer does not state a CBD value. The seeds are feminised and autoflowering: the plants go into flower independently of the light cycle. According to the breeder, the strain has inherited the floral aroma with the slightly hot note from its photoperiod mother. If you prefer the original strain, you will also find Amnesia Flash in our range.
Who Is Auto Amnesia Flash For?
Auto Amnesia Flash combines a short cycle with a high yield. It suits:
- Growers with small grow rooms and limited space
- Impatient growers who want to harvest without switching the light cycle
- Extract fans – the breeder calls it ideal for concentrates
- Outdoor gardeners who prefer medium-sized plants up to 120 cm
- Consumers looking for a balanced effect between head and body
It is less suitable if you want to take cuttings or keep a mother plant – that is not sensibly possible with autoflowers. You can find more fast strains under High Yield & Short Flowering.
Growing Auto Amnesia Flash: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Anesia Seeds writes that Auto Amnesia Flash needs only 9 weeks from germination to harvest; elsewhere, however, the breeder lists the same figure as the flowering time. So, to be on the safe side, reckon with a total cycle of 9 to 11 weeks and judge ripeness by the trichomes. The light cycle does not need to be switched. Indoors the plants reach 70 to 110 cm, form long side branches with thick flowers and, according to the manufacturer, yield 550 g/m². The strain grows quickly and vigorously and, according to the breeder, is also suitable for small grow rooms. Anesia Seeds recommends mixing one third coco fibre into the soil: this improves aeration and is said to speed up the plant's metabolism. Towards the end of flowering, the resin glands turn a strong orange. You will find the basics in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
Outdoors, Auto Amnesia Flash grows 80 to 120 cm tall and, according to the breeder, yields 150 to 200 g per plant. The manufacturer describes it as very resilient and fast-flowering. Because autoflowers do not extend their vegetative period, a spot in full sun pays off right from the start; you can tie up long side branches with heavy flowers if necessary. You can find more outdoor strains under automatic seeds outdoor. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Auto Amnesia Flash
Anesia Seeds describes the aroma as floral and spicy, with a slightly hot note reminiscent of chillies – a legacy of the photoperiod mother. The manufacturer does not state a lab terpene profile. The large, dense flowers produce a lot of resin, which is why the breeder describes the strain as an ideal autoflower for making concentrates. Visually, the contrast between orange resin glands and light green flowers stands out towards the end of flowering. Anesia Seeds calls the effect long-lasting and strong, in a balance of cerebral stimulation and physical relaxation. The THC content is given as 19%; a CBD value is missing. How intense the effect is depends on dose and individual tolerance.
