Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Auto Purple Dream
For Auto Purple Dream, Kannabia combined its in-house Purple Kush with a Purple Haze and a selected Ruderalis; the breeder gives the genotype as Purple Haze Auto × Purple Kush Auto. The result is an Indica-dominant hybrid with 16% THC and less than 0.5% CBD. Kannabia does not state percentages for the Indica and Sativa share. Thanks to the Ruderalis genetics, the plant flowers by itself, independently of the light cycle; the seeds are feminised. The manufacturer describes the phenotype as special and unmistakable: dark green leaves, along with bright purple flowers that are generously covered in resin. In addition, according to Kannabia, the strain is not very susceptible to pests and moisture. If you would like to grow the Kush side of the cross individually, you will also find Purple Kush by Kannabia in our range.
Who Is Auto Purple Dream For?

- Beginners who, according to the manufacturer, achieve good results without special care
- Growers with little space – indoors it stays at 50 to 70 cm
- Balcony and terrace gardeners, to whom Kannabia recommends the strain because of its height
- Lovers of purple-coloured, resinous flowers
- Consumers looking for a relaxing, typically Indica effect
It is less suitable if you expect maximum yields or particularly high THC values – Kannabia states 16%. You can find more autoflowering Indicas under autoflowering Indica strains.

Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Auto Purple Dream
Kannabia describes the flavour of Auto Purple Dream as earthy and spicy, with fresh notes of earth and pine and a floral touch. The manufacturer does not name individual terpenes or a lab terpene profile. On the effect, the information differs slightly: the data sheet says “balanced”, while elsewhere Kannabia calls it very relaxing and distinctly Indica in character.
