Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Gorilla Snow Ultra CBD
Gorilla Snow Ultra CBD is a CBD-rich strain from éLite seeds. As genetics, the breeder names Gorilla × a CBD-rich strain, without identifying the second parent more closely; it does not give Indica and Sativa shares either. The cannabinoid profile is what matters: THC and CBD are present in a 1:1 ratio, and the manufacturer gives 9 to 12% for each of them. It describes a strain that does not overwhelm but retains a touch of psychoactive effect. The dense resin coating is striking: according to éLite seeds, the plant looks as if it had been dusted by a snowstorm. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod, so flowering only begins after the switch to 12/12. You can find more strains with a notable CBD share in the CBD seeds category.
Who Is Gorilla Snow Ultra CBD For?
Gorilla Snow Ultra CBD is rated as a beginner strain in the shop. It suits:
- Beginners looking for a plant that, according to the manufacturer, is low-maintenance and robust
- Consumers who prefer a balanced 1:1 ratio of THC and CBD
- Growers who would like to harvest resinous, dense flowers
- Indoor gardeners who plan for 8 to 9 weeks of flowering
- Connoisseurs of fruity aromas with citrus, pine and menthol
It is less suitable for anyone looking for the strongest possible THC effect – the THC content of 9 to 12% is not designed for that. You can find such strains under strains with high THC content.
Growing Gorilla Snow Ultra CBD: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
In the grow room, Gorilla Snow Ultra CBD flowers for 8 to 9 weeks according to éLite seeds. The plants stay medium-sized and grow bushy; the manufacturer describes them as low-maintenance and robust and states an indoor yield of about 400 to 500 g/m². The flowers become dense and are heavily coated in resin. The breeder does not specify particular training methods or a height in centimetres. With bushy growth, it can help to thin out the inside of the plant so that air and light reach the lower shoots; in late flowering, good air movement protects the dense flowers from moisture. You will find help for your first run in the Growpedia's tips for beginners.
Outdoor Growing
For growing outdoors, éLite seeds states a yield of about 500 to 700 g per plant in favourable weather. The manufacturer does not give a harvest date or a plant height for outdoors. As a photoperiod strain, it only goes into flower outdoors as the days get shorter; a sunny spot sheltered from the wind helps to bring the resinous flowers to ripeness dry. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Gorilla Snow Ultra CBD
The flavour is described by éLite seeds as fruity sweetness with fresh citrus notes, gentle pine and a breeze of menthol – cool and clear, like a fruit cocktail. The manufacturer does not name individual terpenes or a lab terpene profile. The effect is shaped by the 1:1 ratio of THC and CBD at 9 to 12% each: the breeder describes it as pleasantly relaxing, without you sinking into the sofa. The body loosens up, the head stays awake and lively, which according to the manufacturer makes the strain suitable for creative projects, conversations or a quiet afternoon. Despite the CBD share, it is not free of psychoactive effect; how clearly you feel it depends on dose and individual tolerance.
