Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version
Behind Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version is a multi-stage cross: Sweet Seeds gives the genetics as Rainbow Sherbert #11 × Papaya Zoap Auto and breaks the second parent down as [Bruce Banner Auto × Papaya] × [Zkittlez × Zoap]. Although this line carries “Auto” in its name, the breeder lists the strain as a photoperiod F1 Fast Version – so it only flowers after the switch to 12/12, but then particularly quickly. The ratio is 65% Indica to 35% Sativa. Sweet Seeds puts the THC content at 22 to 30% and the CBD content at about 0.1%. The seeds are feminised. Sweet Seeds also lists Pink Guava F1 Fast Version as an F1 Fast Version; you can find more strains with bonus seeds under Bonus Seeds.
Who Is Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version For?
Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version is designed for short runs and plenty of aroma. It suits:
- Beginners looking for a strain that, according to the manufacturer, is easy to handle
- Growers who plan efficient runs with 7 to 8 weeks of flowering
- Extract lovers who want to process very resinous flowers
- Fans of tropical aromas of mango, papaya and citrus
- Consumers who prefer a stimulating effect without strong sedation
It is less suitable for anyone looking for a mild strain: with up to 30% THC according to the manufacturer, it calls for restraint when consuming. You can find similarly strong genetics under Super High THC Content.
Growing Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
For indoor growing, Sweet Seeds states a flowering time of 7 to 8 weeks and a yield of 450 to 500 g/m². The plants grow compact, vigorous and bushy, branch heavily and form a pronounced main bud; according to the breeder, flowers develop both centrally and on the side branches. Height figures in centimetres are missing from the strain description. Because the flowers become dense and resinous, it is worth paying attention to good air movement and controlled humidity in the final weeks. The manufacturer describes handling the strain as easy. The tips for beginners in the Growpedia offer an introduction to climate, light and feeding.
Outdoor Growing
Outdoors, Sweet Seeds gives 350 to 500 g per plant. The breeder does not state a harvest month or a plant height for outdoors; as a special feature, it merely highlights the particularly fast flowering. Choose a sunny, sheltered spot and support the heavily branched plants as soon as the side branches become heavy. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Mental Rainbow F1 Fast Version
According to Sweet Seeds, mango, papaya and citrus dominate the aroma – sweet and fruity, underpinned by earthy, smoky and spicy undertones. The breeder describes the flavour as intense and long-lasting. The manufacturer does not name individual terpenes or a lab terpene profile. It portrays the effect as stimulating and euphoric: it is said to promote creativity and focus and to convey a feeling of well-being and joy, accompanied by pleasant physical relaxation without strong sedation. This, it says, makes the strain versatile, whether for creative moments, socialising or relaxing. With 22 to 30% THC and about 0.1% CBD it is very potent; feel your way in with small amounts. How strong the effect is depends on dose and individual tolerance.
