Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Milky Hurricane
Behind Milky Hurricane is Elev8 Seeds, a breeder from the USA that combines two dessert lines here: Slurripie and Cereal Milk #10. It lists the cross as Indica-dominant without stating percentages and gives the THC content as up to 30%. Elev8 Seeds does not state a CBD value. The resin production is striking: the flowers are dense and sticky and, according to the manufacturer, so heavily covered in trichomes that they shimmer white – which is why it expressly recommends the strain for rosin and other concentrates. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod, so flowering only begins with the switch to 12/12. A strain with the same name as the second parent line is available in our range in Cereal Milk by Royal Queen Seeds, and further American lines can be found under US Genetics.
Who Is Milky Hurricane For?
Milky Hurricane combines dessert aroma with very high potency. It suits:
- Lovers of creamy-sweet strains with fruit and vanilla notes
- Extract enthusiasts looking for resin-rich material for rosin
- Growers who plan for 8 to 9 weeks of flowering
- Outdoor gardeners who want to harvest in early October
- Consumers with a high tolerance who can gauge up to 30% THC
If you are looking for a mild strain or need exact yield and height figures for planning, you are less well served here, because the breeder does not give such figures. You can find more strains of this type under Indica strains.
Growing Milky Hurricane: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Elev8 Seeds gives the flowering time as 8 to 9 weeks and describes the indoor yield as high. The breeder does not state a figure in g/m²; 500 to 600 g/m² is quoted. A plant height is also missing; so plan the space with a little leeway and watch how much the plants stretch after the switch to 12/12. The manufacturer describes the strain as robust. Because the flowers become dense and very resinous, good air movement and controlled humidity make sense in the final weeks; a carbon filter helps against the smell. You will find the basics on climate and training in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
Outdoors, harvest falls in early October according to Elev8 Seeds. Here too, the breeder speaks of a high yield with particularly resin-rich flowers that are well suited to extracts – a figure in grams per plant is missing, as is a height figure. A sunny, sheltered spot helps to bring the dense flowers through autumn dry. You can find more outdoor strains under outdoor seeds. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Milky Hurricane
According to Elev8 Seeds, the scent of Milky Hurricane is reminiscent of tropical fruit, milk cream and vanilla. This continues in the flavour: sweet fruit and dessert cream, plus a milky-soft impression that the breeder describes as particularly rounded and harmonious. The manufacturer does not give a lab terpene profile. It gives the effect as euphoric, mood-lifting and physically relaxing; according to the breeder, it suits the daytime just as well as winding down in the evening. With up to 30% THC, the strain is one of the very potent ones. So start with small amounts, because how strong its effect is depends on dose and personal tolerance.
