Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Sensi Purple Kush
Behind Sensi Purple Kush is a three-way cross of Hindu Kush, Skunk Kush and Maple Leaf Indica. Sensi Seeds describes the result as classic Kush genetics that combine stability and yield with fruity nuances. The genotype is 70% Indica and 30% Sativa. The seeds are feminised and photoperiod, so flowering only sets in after the light cycle is switched to 12/12. According to the manufacturer, the very thick layer of trichomes, the large, swollen calyxes and the possibility of the plants developing purple hues are striking. Added to this is a robust, resilient character. Sensi Seeds does not state a THC or CBD value in the strain description. If you would like to get to know the Kush base as regular seed, you will find Hindu Kush Regular from the same breeder in our range.

Growing Sensi Purple Kush: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
In the tent, according to Sensi Seeds, Sensi Purple Kush flowers for around 55 to 60 days and reaches 120 to 140 cm. The manufacturer states a yield of 450 to 500 g/m². Growth is compact and bushy, with tight internodes, dense foliage and stable, sturdy branches. The strain responds very well to training; SOG, SCROG, lollipopping and supercropping are expressly mentioned. Because of the dense leaf structure, light defoliation can make sense. As the buds become very dense and heavy, good air movement helps in the final weeks. You will find the basics on training and climate in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
Outdoors, according to the manufacturer, the strain grows from about 160 cm tall and delivers around 550 g per plant. Sensi Seeds recommends temperate to continental climates and credits it with very reliable performance even in slightly damp conditions. The manufacturer does not state a harvest date; we assign the strain to the harvest month of October. A sunny spot sheltered from the wind nevertheless remains the best choice. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Sensi Purple Kush
Sensi Seeds describes the aroma as a classic Kush profile with a fruity touch: earthy and musky notes, sandalwood and exotic wood, plus sweetish forest berries, a slight grapefruit bitterness and floral and spicy nuances. The manufacturer calls the overall picture complex, deep and pleasantly balanced. The manufacturer does not give a lab terpene profile. It classifies the effect as typically Indica – strong, calming and balancing. Deep physical relaxation, a slight euphoria and a calm head are mentioned; the strain is recommended for relaxed evenings. The strain description does not state a THC value, but the effect is described as strong. How intense it is in an individual case depends on dose and individual tolerance.
Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
