Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Spritz x Frozay
Spritz x Frozay belongs to the regular Frozay line that Perfect Tree presented at the Product Earth Expo in 2022. The mother is the breeder's cut of the in-house Spritz, a cross of Mimosa and Jet A. It was pollinated with the house's Frozay male, which in turn came from Rozay and Gelato 41. The manufacturer lists the result as an Indica-dominant hybrid; it does not state percentages or THC and CBD values. A complex terpene profile and impeccable resin production are highlighted. The strain is photoperiod and comes as regular seed: the seeds grow into male and female plants, which makes it interesting for selection and your own crosses. You will also find the Mimosa side of the family tree on its own in our range as Mimosa by Royal Queen Seeds – there from another breeder's line. Also regular and from Perfect Tree is Banzaï Regular.
Who Is Spritz x Frozay For?
Spritz x Frozay is a strain for growers who like to select from variety. It suits:
- Selectors looking for a special phenotype from 12 regular seeds
- Hobby breeders who plan their own crosses with male plants
- Lovers of fruity aromas with an earthy, gassy undertone
- Growers who value resinous, eye-catching flowers
- Consumers who appreciate a heavy, narcotic effect in the evening
If you want to stay active during the day or want to grow only female plants without any selection work, this strain is less well suited to you. You can find more regular strains for outdoors under regular outdoor seeds.
Growing Spritz x Frozay: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Perfect Tree gives the flowering time as 8 to 9 weeks, counted from the switch to 12/12. The manufacturer rates the yield as good and speaks of eye-catching, resinous flowers; it does not state figures in g/m² or for height. With regular seeds from a cross with four grandparent lines, you should expect differences between the plants – that is exactly what makes selection interesting. So germinate more seeds than the number of plants you want to keep, determine the sex in pre-flowering and remove males if pollination is not wanted. A carbon filter keeps the smell in check. You will find the basics in the Growpedia.
Outdoor Growing
The manufacturer lists Spritz x Frozay for indoors and outdoors. However, it does not state a harvest date, a height or a yield per plant for open ground, so a fixed date cannot be given. Choose a sunny, sheltered spot and judge ripeness by the trichomes. Outdoors, too, the rule is: spot male plants early if you want to harvest seed-free flowers. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Spritz x Frozay
For the aroma, Perfect Tree cites red fruit and ripe apricots, along with deep earthy notes and a complex gas tone. The manufacturer speaks of a complex terpene profile but lists neither individual terpenes nor a lab terpene profile. It describes the effect briefly as a narcotic high, i.e. as heavy and numbing. Perfect Tree does not give a THC value; no figure can therefore be given for the strength. Because regular seeds produce different phenotypes, aroma and effect can vary from plant to plant. Feel your way with small amounts: how intense the effect is depends on phenotype, dose and individual tolerance.
Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
