Think Fast was created at Dutch Passion in the search for new AutoFem genetics. Think Different AutoFem was crossed with a specially selected cut of Power Plant, a classic from the breeder. The result is expressly not an autoflower: Think Fast needs a 12/12 light cycle to initiate flowering. According to the manufacturer, however, it has inherited the autoflowering gene of Think Different and therefore develops considerably faster than typical photoperiod strains – ready for harvest several weeks earlier than Power Plant. According to Dutch Passion, the high yields and the flavour profile come from the latter. The breeder gives no information on Indica and Sativa proportions, THC or CBD in the strain description; in the shop the strain is rated as predominantly Sativa. The seeds are feminised. From the breeder's Power Plant line, the shop also stocks the autoflowering Auto Power Plant.

In flavour, Think Fast follows Power Plant: Dutch Passion describes an earthy, pine-like and slightly spicy profile that turns out more balanced and milder than with most other photoperiod strains. During the flowering phase, the plant develops a strong, pungent aroma with a hint of citrus fruit and herbs. The manufacturer does not state a lab terpene profile. The breeder describes the high as strong and clear, with a balance of cerebral stimulation and physical relaxation; the effects are said to be generally invigorating and stimulating and therefore to fit the daytime well.
