Manufacturer Information
Genetics & Origin of Auto Super Lemon Haze
Super Lemon Haze is one of the classics from Green House Seeds; the breeder lists it as a cross of Lemon Skunk and its Super Silver Haze. For the auto version, this line was combined with a Ruderalis so that the plants flower independently of the light cycle. Green House Seeds gives the composition as 50% Sativa, 30% Indica and 20% Ruderalis, plus 21.10% THC, 0.94% CBD and 0.31% CBN. The seeds are feminised. The manufacturer describes a medium-sized to rather short plant with good branching that brings the lemon aroma and the invigorating effect of the original into a short run. You will also find the original lines in our range: Super Lemon Haze, Lemon Skunk and Super Silver Haze, all from Green House Seeds.
Who Is Auto Super Lemon Haze For?
Auto Super Lemon Haze brings Haze aroma into a compact, fast format. It suits:
- Beginners looking for a strain that needs little care
- Growers with compact growing areas, a balcony or a greenhouse
- Haze fans who want to harvest after just around 9 weeks
- Lovers of fresh lemon aromas with spicy undertones
- Consumers looking for a clear high for creative activities and social occasions
It is less suitable if, in the evening, you mainly want to wind down physically – then an Indica-leaning strain is the better choice. You can find more autoflowering Sativas under autoflowering Sativa strains.
Growing Auto Super Lemon Haze: Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor Growing
Auto Super Lemon Haze flowers by itself; Green House Seeds states a light cycle of 12 to 18 hours a day. Flowering time is 7 weeks, and the total duration from germination is around 9 weeks. The plants grow 80 to 100 cm tall and branch well; the manufacturer gives the yield as up to 500 g/m². It describes the care required as low and recommends the strain for beginners and compact growing areas. Because autoflowers have hardly any time to recover, gentle tying down is safer than heavy pruning, and a consistent climate pays off in the short run. The Growpedia explains the first steps under tips for beginners.
Outdoor Growing
Outdoors, on a balcony or in a greenhouse, the manufacturer expects 70 to 80 g per plant at a total height of 80 to 100 cm. Here too, flowering takes about 7 weeks. According to Green House Seeds, the strain can be brought into flower at any time of year as long as temperatures stay above 10 °C; the best results come from the warmest and brightest weeks in a sunny, sheltered spot. You can find more strains for outdoors under automatic seeds outdoor. Only grow where it is legal to do so.
Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Auto Super Lemon Haze
According to Green House Seeds, the scent is an intense lemon aroma with notes typical of Haze. For the flavour, the manufacturer cites lemony freshness with sweetish and spicy undertones and particularly highlights a strong lemon-peel note. The manufacturer does not state individual terpenes or a lab terpene profile. It describes the effect as a fast-acting, clear and long-lasting cerebral high with light physical relaxation – a complex Sativa effect that it recommends for creative activities and social occasions. At 21.10% THC the strain is strong, and the CBD content is 0.94%. How intense the effect is depends on dose and individual tolerance.
