Auto White Widow x Big Bud 4 seeds

Genetics & Origin of Auto White Widow x Big Bud

Auto White Widow x Big Bud is the autoflowering version of a cross that Female Seeds calls a classic: White Widow × Big Bud. The breeder describes the division of roles like this: White Widow brings the powerful stone effect, while Big Bud provides the big yields. The manufacturer does not say which genetics were crossed in for the autoflower trait, nor does it state Indica and Sativa percentages or a THC value; in the shop the strain is rated as predominantly Indica. The seeds are feminised and autoflowering, so the plants go into flower independently of the light cycle. You will also find the two original strains individually in our range, for example White Widow by Silent Seeds and Big Bud by Sensi Seeds.

Who Is Auto White Widow x Big Bud For?

Auto White Widow x Big Bud is an uncomplicated autoflower for quick runs. It suits:

• Beginners looking for a low-maintenance strain without special demands
• Growers with small rooms or a balcony who need compact plants
• Impatient growers who want to harvest 10 weeks after sowing
• Fans of White Widow genetics with a fruity-skunky aroma
• Consumers who would like to relax in the evening or at the weekend

It is less suitable for anyone looking for a stimulating strain for the daytime or who sets store by documented yield and THC figures. You can find more strains of this type under autoflowering Indica strains.

Growing Auto White Widow x Big Bud: Indoor & Outdoor

Indoor Growing

Female Seeds states 10 weeks from seed to harvest for Auto White Widow x Big Bud; the flowering phase accounts for 8 weeks of that. The light cycle does not need to be switched. At 80 to 90 cm the plant stays compact and, according to the manufacturer, fits well into smaller rooms. The breeder describes it as low-maintenance and without special demands on growing conditions. It calls the yield very high for an autoflower and speaks of huge buds but does not put a figure on it; in the shop the strain is rated in the class below 400 g/m², which is only an approximation. As the smell becomes ever more intense in the course of flowering, a carbon filter makes sense. You will find tips for a first run in the Growpedia for beginners.

Outdoor Growing

According to Female Seeds, the compact strain is also suitable for the balcony. The manufacturer gives no information of its own on height, harvest time and yield per plant in open ground. As an autoflower, its harvest date follows the sowing date – place the 10 weeks in the warmest and brightest months and choose a sunny, sheltered spot. You can find more strains for outdoors under automatic seeds outdoor. Only grow where it is legal to do so.

Effect, Aroma & Flavour of Auto White Widow x Big Bud

According to Female Seeds, the scent of Auto White Widow x Big Bud is fruity-skunky: a mix of sweet and sour notes that becomes ever more intense and almost skunky in the course of flowering. The flavour reflects this – fruity with a skunky undertone. The manufacturer does not give a lab terpene profile. The breeder describes the effect as relaxing: the relaxing effect of White Widow combines with the power of Big Bud, so that you can lean back without losing the typical stone. Female Seeds recommends the strain for a quiet evening or the weekend after a long week. The manufacturer does not state a THC value, and none is recorded in the shop either – so we do not add a figure. Without a THC figure, the following applies all the more: the intensity depends on dose and individual tolerance.

Note: Effect information is based on manufacturer data and user experience and does not constitute medical advice.
